Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of https://inewfinds.com (the “Site”), operated by Digital Nomad Global Inc, a company based in Canada (“iNewFinds”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). By accessing or using the Site — including reading our guides, creating an account or buying from our store — you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. What iNewFinds Is

iNewFinds publishes research-based pet product guides, comparisons and reviews, and operates an online store selling selected pet supplies. Some products featured in our content are sold by us in the store; others are sold by third-party brands and retailers and are linked from our pages, sometimes through affiliate links (see our Affiliate Disclosure).

2. Eligibility

You may browse the Site at any age, but you may only place an order if you have reached the age of majority in your place of residence and can form a binding contract. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for all activity under your account.

3. Store Orders

  • Product information: we work to describe products accurately, but colours, dimensions and packaging may vary slightly from images and listings. If a listing contains an obvious error, we may correct it and cancel affected orders with a full refund.
  • Prices and currency: prices are shown in US dollars or Canadian dollars according to the currency you select, and you are charged in that currency. Store prices include standard shipping — no shipping fee is added at checkout — unless a product page states otherwise.
  • Order acceptance: your order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we confirm shipment or take payment. We may decline or cancel an order (for example, for stock errors, suspected fraud, or delivery to an area a product cannot serve) and will refund any amount paid.
  • Payment: we accept credit and debit cards through Stripe, and PayPal. Your payment is processed by those providers under their terms.
  • Shipping: delivery areas, methods and timeframes are set out in our Shipping Policy, which forms part of these Terms. Some products ship only within the United States, only within Canada, or from China to Canada only; the product page states which, and checkout will not accept a delivery address outside a product’s shipping area.
  • Returns and refunds: returns, refunds and replacements are governed by our Return & Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms. Contact us before sending anything back — unauthorised returns cannot be refunded.

4. Affiliate Links and Third-Party Products

When you buy a product through a link on our Site, you are buying from that third-party seller, not from us. That seller’s terms, prices, shipping, warranty and return policy apply, and we are not responsible for their products or service. Prices shown in our guides are checked on the date stated on the page and may differ from the seller’s current price. Some links earn us a commission, at no extra cost to you; commissions do not change our rankings, and brands cannot pay for placement.

5. Content and Intellectual Property

The Site’s content — including our text, guides, graphics and logo — is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark law. You may read and share links to our content for personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, republish or create derivative works from our content without our written permission. Product names, images and trademarks belong to their respective owners and are used for identification and review purposes.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to: use the Site for any unlawful purpose; interfere with its operation or security; use robots, scrapers or other automated means to extract content or data in bulk; attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Site; submit false orders, reviews or information; or use our content to train or develop artificial intelligence models without our written permission.

7. User Content

If you submit a review, comment or other content, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free licence to publish, display and use it on the Site. You are responsible for what you submit and confirm you have the right to submit it. We may remove content that is unlawful, misleading, abusive or unrelated to the product.

8. Information Disclaimer

Our guides and reviews are based on research — manufacturer specifications, retailer listings and owner feedback — and are provided for general information only. They are not veterinary, medical or professional advice; see our Disclaimer page. Always follow the manufacturer’s instructions for any product you buy, and consult a veterinarian about your pet’s health.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Site and its content are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. For products sold in our store, your rights under our Return & Refund Policy and under applicable consumer law are not affected by this section.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or from products purchased from third-party sellers. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, or your non-waivable rights under the consumer protection laws of your place of residence.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Digital Nomad Global Inc and iNewFinds from claims, damages and expenses arising from your violation of these Terms or your misuse of the Site.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable there. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts of Ontario, Canada — except that nothing in this section removes any right you have under the mandatory consumer protection laws of your place of residence.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last Updated” date shows when they were last revised, and your continued use of the Site after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

14. Severability and Entire Agreement

If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest remain in effect. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy and Return & Refund Policy, are the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Site.
