Puppies, post-surgery dogs, visiting grandchildren, an open-plan room with one forbidden corner — containment is a rotating job in a pet home. Playpens make a room anywhere, crates give a dog a bedroom of their own, gates draw a line everyone can live with, and outdoor kennels scale the whole idea up. Here is our full range, grouped by job.

Playpens: a room anywhere
The 30-inch 8-panel pen ($109.99) is the default: foldable metal panels that form whatever shape the room allows, with a pad cover included. For puppies and small dogs, the 24-inch version ($79.99) adds the two things youngsters need — a top cover against climbers and a bottom pad under everything. Determined or bigger dogs go to the heavy-duty 39-inch pen ($143.99): six panels, a proper door, indoor or outdoor, still portable and foldable.
Crates: from classic to furniture
The classic end is the 30-inch folding metal crate ($101.99) — two doors, a soft cushion, a removable tray, and a handle; it folds flat because crates always need to travel eventually. The furniture end rethinks the crate as a room piece: the crate end table ($332.99, water-resistant cushion, for large and medium dogs) and the flagship 47-inch TV-stand kennel ($650.99) — a divider panel makes it one large-breed space or two small-breed rooms behind sliding doors.
Gates: the line everyone respects
Two auto-close, double-locking metal gates, both walk-through so the barrier is for the dog, not for you: the wider 29.5–40.6 inch gate ($121.99) for doorways, stairs and hallways, and the 29–31.5 inch gate with a cat door ($101.99) — the mixed-pet household answer: dog stops, cat passes.
The outdoor scale-up
Backyard time without a fence: the 13.1 × 7.5 ft heavy-duty kennel ($635.99, secure lock, cover included) gives a real run on a patio or lawn. Cats get their version too: the wooden catio enclosure ($529.99) — six platforms under an asphalt roof, 70.9 inches tall, fresh air with zero escape artistry.
Everything on this page ships free within Canada. Measure the dog’s standing height and the doorway width before ordering — those two numbers pick the right model faster than any review.
